SS&Ger's in Olympia

The SS& Ger's had a great time. Alice Orth returned as the host of the group. Our appreciation goes to Alice for all the hard work that was put into this successful week.

An early start to our program. Starting at 10:00 am on Monday we visited the State Capitol campus in Olympia, highlighted by a guided tour of the Old Capitol Building.

Tuesday was shopping day, with a trip to the outlets at Westfield Shoppingtown.

Wednesday, traditionally a day when the SS&Gers sightsee with their spouses, a hardy bunch left their golfing partners and went to the Museum of Glass at the old Union Station in Tacoma

Crossing the Chihuly Bridge of Glass, a 500-foot pedestrian walkway linking the downtown area to the Tacoma waterfront, is an unforgettable visual experience.

Thursday was a day at sea.

For some reason, the boats could not hold all our party, so they split into two groups.

And Finally

Finally, do you want to know what the SS&Gers really get up to while we are hard at work on the golf course.....

And

Note to our golfers. It would greatly help our SS&Gers if you could plan on car-pooling to the golf courses,
leaving the cars for those that need them.
